Returns/Refunds Policy

Returns are exchanged for store credit but are only taken into consideration if the goods purchased have manufacturing faults or issues.
* note this does not include general wear and tear.
A return is refunded in store credit which will be equivalent to the items value plus shipping costs.

In this case all returning items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags in position of which they were sent.

A period of 2 weeks is the maximum time frame in which a return can be eligible.

If the return does no comply with our guidelines we have full right to deem the return as ineligible.
